Karissa Chamberlain and Angie Gutierrez, both ninth-graders, will be competing for Loomis Elite Distance Running Club in the girls 13-14 division Dec. 5 at the AAU National Championships at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Fla. Chamberlain is a freshman at Del Oro High, competing in her first cross country race this fall. Gutierrez was previously a member of the Buffalo Chips, along with Chamberlain, before joining Loomis Elite this year.
